Creators only grant read access to their own tweets. Engagement is performed by real people, manually, with varied timing and cohorts so nothing looks coordinated.
When a creator connects X, they authorize makr to read the likers list for their own tweets through the official API. After the delivery window closes, we ask X directly who liked the post and cross-reference against the engagers we assigned. Reposts and replies are public, so those verify straightforwardly.
